Occult Magazine an independent digital music publication based in Brooklyn, New York. Occult is a love letter to music. Occult gravitates towards music that embodies everything Independent & DIY, and we aim to spotlight music that really speaks to us.
Occult specializes in interviews, album reviews, indie-spotlights, concert reviews, photo galleries & other feature pieces.
Occult’s contributors are artists, creatives, photographers and musicians in the Brooklyn/NYC music scene. These creatives offer a unique perspective with a lived experience that is immersed in art and music.
Occult Magazine is founded by Brooklyn musician & Music journalist Beau Croxton.
